Waterproof performance test: After assembling the product according to normal requirements, attach the heavy-duty product and sink it into 1M deep water, take out the product after 0.5H to wipe the surface moisture, disassemble all parts of the product, and observe that there is no water seepage inside.

Hardness test: use pencil hardness design plus 500g load, equipped with 2H pencil, test stroke 10mm on the surface of the product, and then erase the pencil layer with an eraser, observe the position where the pencil has been scratched, there is no scratch, coating peeling off, and obvious scratches Mark phenomenon.

Salt spray test: According to GB2423 environmental test requirements, configure 5% NACL solution to pour into the salt spray test machine, adjust the pressure barrel temperature to 47 ℃, the laboratory temperature to 35 ℃, the product lasts 96h in the salt spray box, coating The layer has no discoloration, bursting, and no undesirable phenomena such as falling off using the 3M test.

Impact resistance test: adjust the impactor scale to a height of 1250px, put the product between the impactor steel ball (8mm) and the spacer, and keep the product level, press the controller screw, the weight (1000g) is free When the product is dropped, impact the product. After the impact is completed, lift the heavy hammer to take out the product and observe the impacted part. There is no undesirable phenomena such as coating peeling or bursting.

Coating thickness test: Use a coating thickness gauge to evaluate the coating awakening, which meets the range of 35um-70um.
