1. Don't disassemble without authorization

Network cameras are generally produced by professional manufacturers with sophisticated structure. There are no parts that users can repair on their own. If not necessary, do not disassemble the camera at will, do not remove the screws or protection. If there is a fault, you should contact a qualified person directly Or directly send the network camera to the maintenance department for overhaul. The consequences of blind disassembly: lightly touching its internal parts, it is easy to cause damage to the camera, expand the fault, and cause greater losses. Once damaged, the dealer will not provide the warranty. In severe cases, it may cause an electric shock accident, with disastrous consequences.

2. Be careful not to use it indiscriminately

The network camera should be protected from impact or vibration when it is in use. If the network camera is used or stored improperly, it will be damaged. Avoid contacting the camera with oil, steam, water, humidity, dust and other substances, and avoid direct contact with water. Do not pull or twist the cable, similar actions may cause damage to the camera. Do not install the network camera upside down, if the camera is designed for installation on the ceiling or wall. If it is installed upside down, such as on the floor, it will cause the network camera to malfunction.

3. Clean carefully

When cleaning the body of the network camera, please do not use strong or abrasive cleaners or organic solvents to wipe the camera. When the network camera is dirty, please wipe it with a dry soft cloth. If the dirt is serious, please wipe gently with a neutral detergent. When wiping, be careful not to scratch the round protective cover. Then wipe off the remaining part of the cleaner with a dry cloth. When storing, store the camera in a clean, dry place.

4. Cannot aim at bright objects

Do not aim the network camera at bright objects. Whether the camera is in use or not in use, do not aim it at the sun or other very bright objects. Otherwise, the image sensing device of the camera will be damaged, and the image may be blurred or halo may be generated. Do not expose the network camera to a place exposed to a light source for a long time. If spotlights and other point light sources form a spot on the display screen, part of the image will fade due to the deterioration of the CCD color filter when the network camera changes the face.

5. Do not use under conditions exceeding temperature, humidity or power supply specifications

Do not use the network camera in extreme environments with high temperature and humidity, especially not near accessories such as heaters, stoves, or other heat-generating equipment.
