After I reset an IPC and scan the QR code to bind the IPC, why a message indicating that the IPC has been bound appears?
1. Check which of the following binding modes the device uses. Strong binding: A device needs to be removed from the app by the previous user to whose account the device is bound before it can be paired with the network and bound to another account. Medium binding (default binding mode of IPCs): A device can be paired with the network and bound to another account without the need to be removed from the app by the previous user. However, a device binding notification will be pushed to the administrator of the family or default group to which the previous user belongs.
2. If your IP camera (IPC) uses strong binding, this message is expected to appear. You must notify the previous user to remove the device in the app or submit a service ticket to re-bind the device.
3. You can configure a binding mode on Tuya IoT Platform.
