How to unbind the IPC devices for the end user?
If the PID of this device is under your account, then you can receive the user's unbinding request in the user feedback center. You can handle the user's unbinding request through the following attachment.
If the PID is not in your account, you need to contact the party to which the PID belongs to unbind it.
Note: Since the user cannot successfully bind the strongly bound device that has been bound, the user cannot obtain the device ID. Without the device ID, we cannot perform unbinding actions. Therefore, only when the user fails to bind the device, the system can obtain the device ID. After the user fills in the unbinding application, the unbinding application and device ID will be sent to the account of the PID owner, and then the unbinding can be performed normally. Operation (must guide the user to submit an unbinding application on the binding failure page, otherwise the device ID will not be obtained, and the PID owner will not receive the unbinding application).
