  1. Please make sure that your SD card is compatible with your camera.

  2. If you make sure it is compatible and the camera still cannot detect it, please remove it form camera and insert it again.

  3. You can use the card reader to the computer to format the SD card to FAT 32. You can also consult the sales staff how to format it to FAT 32.

If you still cannot access the SD card, it means that the SD card is damaged. The SD card is a wearable product. Excessive reading and writing will greatly reduce the service life of the SD card. Thanks for your understanding and support.
